Our publications offer a service that ensures your ad will be seen and remembered by community residents. We offer a 35% ad-to-content ratio to ensure that residents find valuable information while the ads included are noticed and remembered.
We know consistency is key, which is why we offer multiple-issue discounts to promote your ads over multiple issues. Our publications are trusted neighborhood go-to's, providing your ads with maximum exposure.
REGENCY | LAKE MANASSAS
All magazines are the only Official Publication of the Homeowner Associations for each community. They contain the information residents need to read and use for reference. It is delivered about three weeks after the deadline to ALL residents in their respective communities. Magazines are published in full color throughout, on 80# gloss text.

Regency is mailed to over 900 homes and Lake Manassas to 780+. Magazines are also posted digitally on their respective community websites.

Advertising Policy
Regency Review and Lake Manassas Connection are supported solely by paid advertising. We welcome resident and non- resident advertisers. Residents can take a 10% discount. All Advertisers who pay in full, in advance, for yearly contracts, can take a 15% discount (discounts can not be combined). Ad requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The Publisher and client reserve the right to decline any advertisement for any reason they deem appropriate.
