Our publications offer a service that ensures your ad will be seen and remembered by community residents. We offer a 35% ad-to-content ratio to ensure that residents find valuable information while the ads included are noticed and remembered.
We know consistency is key, which is why we offer multiple-issue discounts to promote your ads over multiple issues. Our publications are trusted neighborhood go-to's, providing your ads with maximum exposure.

All magazines are the only Official Publication of the Homeowner Associations for each community. They contain the information residents need to read and use for reference. It is delivered about three weeks after the deadline to ALL residents in their respective communities. Magazines are published in full color throughout, on 80# gloss text.

The Villager is mailed to over 5,500 households, Across The Fence to over 4,000 households, and Belmont News and Lansdowne Connection to 2,000+ households each. Publications are also posted digitally on their respective community websites.

DEADLINES FOR MONTHLY PUBLICATIONS
Ashburn Village - 10 issues
Contract, art, and payments are due the first of the month prior to when your ad will run. For example: for the February Issue, the deadline is January 1st.
Ashburn Farm - 12 issues
Contract, art, and payments are due on the 10th of the month prior to when your ad will run. For example: for the February Issue, the deadline is January 10th.

Advertising Policy
Belmont News, Lansdowne Connection, Ashburn Villager, and Ashburn Farm Across The Fence are supported solely by paid advertising. We welcome resident and non-resident advertisers. Residents can take a 10% discount. All Advertisers who pay in full, in advance, for yearly contracts can take a 15% discount (discounts can not be combined). Ad requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Publisher and client reserve the right to decline any advertisement for any reason they deem appropriate.
