Our publications offer a service that ensures your ad will be seen and remembered by community residents. We offer a 35% ad-to-content ratio to ensure that residents find valuable information while the ads included are noticed and remembered.
We know consistency is key, which is why we offer multiple-issue discounts to promote your ads over multiple issues. Our publications are trusted neighborhood go-to's, providing your ads with maximum exposure.
The Kingstonian
The only Official Publication of the Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation. It contains the information residents need to read and use for reference. It is delivered about one week before the publication month to ALL residents in the community. It is published in full color throughout, on 80# gloss text.

It is mailed to over 5,300 homes and posted digitally on the community website.

Advertising Policy
THE KINGSTONIAN (Official Publication of the Kingstowne Residential Owners Corp.) is supported solely by paid advertising. We welcome resident and non- resident advertisers. Residents can take a 10% discount. All Advertisers who pay in full, in advance, for yearly contracts, can take a 15% discount (discounts can not be combined). Ad requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The Publisher and client reserve the right to decline any advertisement for any reason they deem appropriate.
